红葡萄酒最佳饮用温度

一般来说,毁坏一瓶红葡萄酒的最好方法就是把它放置在高温的环境下,这样会让红葡萄酒丧失原有的新鲜度、芳香和风味。通常来说,如果温度在65°F以上,这样的环境对红葡萄酒是非常不利的。在很多情况下,人们会有一种错误的认识,那就是红葡萄酒应该在“室温”下饮用。但是,由于地理和季节性的差异,每个地方的室温并不一样,这就使所谓在“室温”下饮用红葡萄酒变得不太可能。


  一般来说,红葡萄酒的最佳饮用温度不应高于60°F—65°F。对于博若莱新酒,由于其酒体轻盈,有着浓郁的水果风味,所以最佳的饮用温度在55°F左右。对于黑皮诺或仙粉黛葡萄酒,其最佳的饮用温度在60°F左右。而对于那些酒体饱满的红葡萄酒,比如赤霞珠、梅洛和西拉等,它们最佳的饮用温度在63°F—65°F。
